Delhi Nihari:

Ingredients:
shank meat (boiled) 1 kg
Nalli (boiled) 4
Star anise 4
Cardamom 4
Dried ginger 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tartaric acid ½ tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Mace ½ tsp
Nihari masala 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Fennel seed 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Onion 1
Oil 1 cup
Chicken stock 2 cups

Method:
Grind star anise, fennel seeds, dried ginger, cumin, nutmeg, mace and cardamom in a grinder then sieve them. Now add red chili powder, salt, nihari masala, coriander powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and tartaric acid then mix well. Heat oil add mutton and half spices then sauté them well. Now add stock and dissolved wheat flour and cook for half an hour. When it gets thick then turns off the flame. Now heat oil and fry onion till golden brown then add half masala and give sizzling effect on nihari. At end add nail and serve.

Prawns With Chili Garlic Sauce :

Ingredients:
Breaded prawns 1 packet
Garlic 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green chilies 4
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Capsicums 2
Cabbage 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Onion 1
Oil as required
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp

Method:
Heat oil and fry the garlic well. Then add breaded prawns and fry on a high flame. Now add all the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes. Then add red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, green chilies and brown sugar. Mix well. Lastly dish out and serve hot.

Prawn Garlic Rice :

Ingredients:
Rice (boiled) ½ kg
Green onions 1 cup
Carrot s 1 cup
Capsicums ½ cup
Cabbage ½ cup
Garlic 2 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Prawns 250 gm
Egg 1
Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
Heat oil and fry the garlic. Then add prawns and fry well. Once the water gets dry add all the vegetables and mix well. Now add black pepper, salt, soy sauce and boiled rice. Mix well. Then beat egg well and add to the prawn mixture. Lastly mix everything well and dish out. Serve hot.
