Ghobi Gosht | Tani's | Pakistani Food Recipes



Traditional Pakistani dish incorporating cauliflower and meat. Can be cooked with and without meat depending on the taste of the person. Lot of deep scented and fresh natural herbs are
added to enhance the taste and aroma. Uniquely blended with strong and aromatic spices from Pakistan & India. It is a delicious mouth watering dish.

Ghobi Gosht Recipe:

Ingredients:
Lamb Meat – 500g
Cauliflower – 500g
2 Medium Size Tomatoes
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Red Chilli – 1/2 Tsp
Tumeric Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Fresh Coriander – Handful
Green Chilli – 1 to 2
Cooking Oil – 1/2 Cup

Method:
Heat up the oil and add in Ginger & Garlic paste
Add in the chopped tomatoes
Cook until tomatoes are soft
Add in
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Tumeric Powder
Salt
Mix it well
Add in the lamb meat
Cook until the oil is separated
Add in 1 cup of water
Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes
When the water is dried then add cauliflower
Add in the green chillies
Cover and let it simmer on low flame until the cauliflower is soft
Add in Garam Masala powder
Garnish with chopped coriander
Serve and enjoy
