2 lbs Mutton.
1 pack Shan Kunna Mix.
6-7 Garlic Cloves. (You can use minced)
2 tbsp Wheat Four.
Fresh Chili pepper.
In a pressure cooker add meat, onion and shan Kunna mix. Fry for 7-10 minutes. Add garlic and mix it well. Add 1-1/2 cup water. Mix it well. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. I transferred the meat into a pot. In a bowl add flour and water. make a slurry. Slowly add the slurry into the meat. Stirring constantly. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium low heat. Add fresh ginger and green peppers. Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes on low heat. Serve with Naan. Enjoy.
