Malai Pheniyan:
Pheniyan 1 packet
Cream ½ packets
Milk ½ liter
Cardamom ½ tsp
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Fine chopped dates 1 cup
Finely cut almonds, pistachios 100 grams
Boil the milk then add sugar and cardamom and continuouslystirring and stove off .then add cream and mix well .now add broke pheniyan and mix well .after this dish out and remove finely dates ,fresh cream and finely garnish cut almonds ,pistachios and serve .

Dahi Pulao Aalu:
Rice soaked ½ kg
Yogurt 250 grams
Mint 1 bunch
Green chilies 10
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Cinnamon stick 1 piece
Star anise 4
Salt 2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Heat oil and fry onion .now whole spices add .after this mint and green chilies thickly chopped .then add salt ,yogurt and ginger garlic paste mix well and roast .then add 2 cup of water mix .when water boil then add rice and cook and leave on dum after this potatoes pieces fry in remaining oil when tender then add salt sprinkling .when rich done then potatoes and onion add and 10 minutes covered it .

Chicken Hari Mirch Gravy:
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 250 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Whole crushed coriander 1 tsp
Onion 2
Garlic cloves 5
Ginger 1inch piece
Green chili 5
Green coriander ½ bunch
Ginger and green coriander for garnishing
Oil as required
In chicken add yogurt, all spices mix. then add onion and ginger, garliccloves, green coriander and green chili paste. now chicken mix. the chicken. after this heat oil and cook chicken. finally do the coal smoked and garnish with green coriander and serve.
