Job title: Monitoring and Evaluation agent
Job description: To monitor and evaluate the program/project activities in the intervention areas of Sindh. Take lead in the field monitoring and evaluation and assist the program team in developing templates for record keeping through Means of Verification (MoVs). Track and report the progress according to the set indicators and document the output, outcome and impact of the project/program. Provide technical feedback to the program team for implementation of the activities and ensure proper data management. He/She shall be responsible for publicizing the project achievements and impact in the form of case studies, articles etc.
He/ She must be resourceful and must have technical skills of Monitoring and Evaluation. He/ She should have professional approach and behavior to communicate with diversified teams and stakeholders.
tasks AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Job responsibilities:
� Assisting in designing of M&E plan and forms to monitor the activities.
� Track the activities according to the M&E plan and share progress report.
� Ensure timely verification of the sources/means against each indicator through indicators tracking sheet or any other tool.
� Ensure timely followup of the actions planned by the program team.
� Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
� Assist the Project Manager, M&E Specialist and M&E litigation Manager in preparing reports significant to the project.
� Conduct meetings and debriefing sessions with the Program Manager, M&E Specialist and litigation Manager and recod minutes of the meeting.
� Gets all information pertaining to daily,monthly & quarterly report of the advocat from admin and section head for verification and cross check.
� Review everyday diary entries of advocates in the cases management system and court files with approval of M&E litigation Manager and M&E Specialist.
� Ensure make up visits to prisons and court located on the schedules revised and regular ones cancelled.
� Write and share prison and court visit reports on regular basis.
� Maintain and compile the monthly and quarterly progress reports pertaining to M&E from prisons and courts
� Design templates and formats for monitoring of field activities.
� Identify and document success stories and case studies on key aspects of the project.
� Support the M&E Manager and Project Manager in the collection of additional information from the field if and when required.
� availability to travel regional offices to check the litigation records
� Perform any other official task assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
� Minimum Qualification (B.A LLB OR Masters in Social Science)
� Minimum practice will be 2 to 3 Years in related field.
� Required advanced level of English, reading, writing for drafting of various reports, also expertise of Urdu and Sindhi.
� Creative, energetic, capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
� capability to work well in a team.
� Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
� Demonstrated flexibility, motivation, and maturity
� availability to work and live in harsh conditions
