Mutton Biryani:
Ingredients:
Mutton 750 gm
Rice soaked 750 gm
Onion sliced 3
Tomato sliced 4
Potato sliced 2
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3
Yellow food color as required
Oil 175 ml
Biryani masala mix 1 packet
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion until golden. Take fried onion out of oil and spread over absorbent paper. Keep aside.
In same oil add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add meat and fry for 5 minute. Now add tomatoes, yogurt, potatoes, half of fried onion and biryani mix. Cook on medium flame for 10 minute till oil separate. Now add water cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. Add green chilies and cook on high flame until oil separate. In separate pan add as required water with salt and bring to boil. Then add soaked rice and cook. Noew spread half rice in pot and pour meat curry. Top with remaining rice. Sprinkle remaining fried onion, fresh mint leaves and food color. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is done.

Strawberry Crunch Gateau:
Ingredients for sponge:
Eggs 6
Sugar 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Strawberry Crumble:
Crushed strawberry or vanilla cookies 2 cup
Salted butter 3 tbsp
Strawberry gelatin powder 1 packet
Ingredients for Strawberry Frosting:
Whipped cream 3 cup
Strawberries pureed 1 cup
Chocolate covered strawberries as required

Instructions;
Pre heat oven. For sponge beat egg well. Add sugar beat again. Add sieve flour and baking powder mix well. Pour in grease pan and bake for 25 minutes. For crumble mix gelatin, vanilla cookies and butter, bake for 5 minutes. Remove and blend in processor. Cut sponge in two pieces. Add layer of whipped cream and puree. Place second piece of sponge. Apply cream on cake side then crumble. Add puree and decorate with cream from the side of cake. Place chocolate covered strawberries. Let it cook and serve.
