Pomegranate and White Chocolate Pie:

Ingredients for Base

Digestive biscuits (crushed) 2 ½ cup
Butter (melted) 4 ounce

Ingredients for Pomegranate Sauce

Pomegranate juice 1 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Red color few drops
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Pomegranate juice ¼ cup
White chocolates (grated) 200 gm
Clarified butter ½ cup
Cream 1 ½ cup
Caster sugar 3 tbsp
Pomegranate for decoration

METHOD FOR BASE

Crush biscuits, mix with melted butter, spread in a 9 inch pie dish, bake for 10 mins.

METHOD FOR POMEGRANATE SAUCE

Put pomegranate juice in a sauce pan, cook till boiling, add sugar, thicken with dissolved corn flour, remove, cool add red color, dissolve gelatin in pomegranate juice and keep aside. Melt grated chocolate with cream, add in dissolved gelatin, beat the remaining cream, add to melted chocolate, save some for decoration, beat mixture to mix, put on top of biscuit base, drizzle pomegranate sauce, swirl to give marble effect, chill until firm, decorate with some more cream and pomegranate.

Chicken Bites:

Ingredients

Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp leave it for 30 mins
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Batter

Flour ½ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
Egg 1
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chilled water to make batter as required

Ingredients for Buffalo Sauce

Chili oil 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Siracha sauce 4 tbsp

METHOD

Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, leave it for 30 mins, make batter with all the ingredients given under batter, add marinated chicken to batter. In a plate add dry flour, pick up each piece of chicken from batter, roll in dry flour, one piece at a time. Heat oil and deep fry until crisp, toss in buffalo sauce and serve immediately.

METHOD FOR BUFFALO SAUCE

Heat chili oil, add crushed garlic, fry, add all the sauces, add in fried chicken, toss well and remove.

London Fish And Chips:

Ingredients

Sole fillet ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp and leave it for 1 hour
Oil as required

Ingredients for Batter

Flour ¾ cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chilled water as required

METHOD

Make batter with all the given ingredients using chilled water, dip the marinated fish in batter, deep fry till crispy, serve with loads of fries and tartar sauce.

Ingredients for Tartar Sauce

Mayonnaise ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Egg white boiled and chopped 1 tbsp
Pickled onion 1 tbsp
Pickled jerkins 1 tbsp
Parsley finely chopped 1 tsp
