  1. hey mate, you forgot turmeric
otherwise the recipe and order of adding things is correct
    some suggestion from indian subscriber
dont use sugar, as the sweetness comes from tomatoes itself. Find sweet tomatoes
and use more cream and butter(these two components add umami)

also, those egg filled street food is called egg spring rolls

    nice video as always

  2. Guga sir i don't know anything about steaks but first- it is not an street food and second- butter chicken is half correct…..

  4. Wow, this looks delicious and worthy enough to try on my Pastor who is from India. How about a chicken cacciatore sous vide video?

  5. You should have added half the chicken juice in gravy and cooked it for some time . It would have been the best butter chicken u would have ever had in ur life for sure . Love from india

  6. if you're in a larger city in rural America. I've found most butcher shops have boneless chicken thighs for cheaper per lbs than you can get whole chicken anywhere. this is cause every whitebread American wants breast. the fools.

  7. Yo Guga, you probably won't read this but felt I had to comment. Something I have been recommended when making butter chicken, is NOT to strain it. If you use tomato pulp instead of fresh tomatoes, yes the flavour is different, but this way you are not wasting that amazing cashew nut you are putting in, and it adds to the flavour – because otherwise your cashew doesn't do much after you strain it.

  8. what was that machine u uses to cook the packed chiken n gravy 😘 ..!!! looked like a plastic box with water n thermometer attached !!!!😱
