Hi, I am Lalit. In this video, we are going to see how to make andhra style prawn curry. Andhra name basically comes from the state called “Andhra Pradesh” which is located in south east of India. If you do like spicy foods then this the perfect match for you. Please follow the instructions for best outcome.
Ingredients:
Prawn: 250gms
Coconut powder: 1st batch: 1 1/2 tbsp, 2nd batch: 1tbsp
Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 3-4 tbsp
Bay leaves: 2pcs
Black pepper: 10pcs
Cinnamon: 2-3 small (Avoid adding too much)
Cloves: 4-5 pcs
Green cardamom: 1pc
Cumin: 1/2 tsp or 1 pinch
Curry leaves: 7-8 pcs
Onion: 3 meduim
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste: 1tbsp
Coriander powder: 2tsp
Cumin: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 2tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Tomato: 1 + 1/2
Salt: 2tsp
Coriander Leaves: Some
Green Chilli: 4pcs
Curry Leaves: 15-20pcs
Water: 3cups
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp

  3. Hi, I am from Maharashtra. Tried so many recepies after watching on YouTube. But trust me, being Maharashtrian I liked your's one mostly. It was quite easy to cook also.
    Just one question can we add little bit Imli(Tamarind) or Kokum.
