  1. This recipe is so good. I made it and everyone LOVED IT. This one and the lentils with almond butter recipe are my favorites! Both are new staples. I have tried so many Indian recipes at home but they never taste quite right. THESE ARE AMAZING! They actually taste like Indian food you would buy. Could you do more Indian recipes? Next cookbook idea? Honestly 10/10.

  3. I will try your recipie. When I try this dish at a lunch buffet (pre-pandemic a lot of Indian restaurants here in New York served lunch buffet style) it is often very sweet and not spicy at all. Your recipie looks much better.
