You CANNOT Enter the United States When

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, President Trump issued a Proclamation on the Suspension of Entry as Immigrants and Nonimmigrants of Certain Persons Who Pose a Risk of Transmitting Novel Coronavirus. He declared a national emergency recognizing the threat that COVID-19 poses to our Nation’s healthcare systems. He has suspended and limited the entry of aliens recently present in certain foreign jurisdictions where significant COVID-19 outbreaks have occurred. Watch this video to find out who is affected.

  4. Norway is associated with Schengen area activities through a treaty called the "Nordic Passport Union." However, by virtue of being a non-EU state it is, technically, not a part of the Schengen area. This technicality does not change the fact that the travel ban applies all the same.

Will my wife have an issue re-entering because she’s a permanent resident and she’s been out of the country for more than 6 months but less than 1 year?

  6. What about international terminals that are inside the Schengen countries? Can a person have a layover let's say in Schipol Amsterdam and travel to the US (not leaving the International Terminal and not entering Schengen)?

  17. Trump totally forgot to include fiancés.. I have a k1 visa to get married and even have our wedding scheduled for Aug 12, however im not a spouse YET, so i just have to let my visa expire and not even attend my own wedding.

    I live in New Zealand and holding nz work visa.. However i am citizen of Bangladesh and my wife live in Usa, she is usa citizen and she applied for me..
    Due to covid 19 its very hard to travel.. Is there any chance to face usa embassy for me from New Zealand instead of My Bangladesh?
